This seamless integration of AI technology not only streamlines processes but also significantly improves users' productivity and efficiency.
Optimizing the Launch OS Copilot through the Smart Planner
Launch OS offers a unique feature called the Smart Planner, which allows you to create different profiles to help generate AI responses aligned with your business, product, ideal customers, and marketing strategies.
For example, after you create Smart Planner profiles by entering information about your business and product, Launch OS AI Assistant will give you customized responses based on that information instead of generic responses.
Optimizing the Launch OS Copilot through the Onboarding
To make responses more precise, you have the option to complete the Onboarding, another Launch OS feature designed to collect essential details about you, your business, your target audience, and your offerings. You may focus on the questions not asked in the Smart Planner and skip those you already answered.
Using the Launch OS Copilot (AI Assistant)
Step 1: Click the sparkle icon (˖✧) on the upper right corner of your screen to open the Launch OS Copilot.
Step 2: Choose your Launch OS AI Assistant
To choose a specific AI Assistant, click the dropdown icon (˅) on the left side of the chatbox.
Each AI Assistant is tailored to a specific purpose:
Launch OS Copilot: Launch OS Copilot is an advanced productivity AI assistant integrated into the Launch OS application. It assists users with content creation, editing, and navigating within the Launch OS platform.
Market Research: This AI assistant helps users gather valuable insights and data related to market trends, competitor analysis, customer behavior, and industry developments. It aids in making informed business decisions and strategies.
Traffic & SEO: This AI assistant focuses on optimizing website traffic and improving search engine rankings through search engine optimization (SEO) techniques. It guides keyword research, content optimization, link building, and other SEO strategies.
Copywriting: The Copywriting AI assistant assists users in crafting compelling and engaging content for various purposes, such as website copy, marketing materials, social media posts, and more. It provides suggestions, tips, and templates to enhance writing effectiveness.
Step 3: Chat with Launch OS AI Assistant
To help you get the best possible response from the Launch OS AI Assistant, be clear and specific when typing your question or message in the chat box before hitting the "send" [>] button.
If the AI's response doesn't fully answer your question, don't hesitate to ask for further clarification or assistance. Continued communication can lead to a more tailored and helpful response.
Step 4: Choose How to Utilize the Generated Response
If you used the Launch OS Copilot while you are in the Funnels or Sites App window, you'll be given these options when you click the 3-dot icon below the generated response:
Generate Page with Content - Create a new page using our prebuilt templates together with the content generated
Add Content to Page - add the response to an existing page
Add to Avatar Profile - add the response to Smart Profile in the Planning App
