Adding a New Profile
Step 1: Go to the [Planning] app then click the type of profile you want to fill out.
We recommend filling out all the profiles as the richness of information provided in these profiles directly impacts the effectiveness and customization of your marketing campaigns.
Take the time to thoroughly complete each profile, as they serve as the foundation for Launch OS's AI-generated copywriting.
To add a new profile, just click [+Create Profile] at the upper right corner of your screen then select the type of profile you want to fill out.
Step 2: Enter a profile name then click OK.
Step 3: Enter information
Follow the prompts to answer questions related to your company, ideal customer, messaging, and offers.
Provide detailed and accurate information to ensure Launch OS can create tailored campaigns.
To enter or edit information, click the field name then click [Save & Continue] button.
Once all questions are answered, review your responses for accuracy.
When satisfied, hit the [Finish] button to complete the process.
Editing Your Smart Profile
Remember that you can always revisit and edit your responses later.
If there are changes in your company or marketing strategy, update your profiles accordingly.
Regularly review and refine your profiles to maintain relevance and accuracy.

Skip the fields you will not edit and when you're done, go to the last page and hit the [Finish] button.
Assigning a Profile to a Campaign
Launch OS allows you to have the flexibility to select the specific smart planner profiles that will guide the launch OS Copilot in crafting copy tailored to each campaign's/funnel's needs.
Step 1: Go to the [Funnels] app then click the funnel/campaign you want to update.
Step 2: Select the [Settings] in the Smart Profiles section below, toggle on the smart profiles you want to use.
