The countdown timer allows you to set a countdown to an event in your page. You can set it to end at a particular time and date, down to the second or you can set it to start counting down when the page is visited. When the timer ends, you can also trigger an action like redirect the visitor to another page or open a pop-up window.


 
Add a Countdown Timer to the Page

Click the Add [+] Button to slide out the Page Elements menu. Click the Countdown Timer element from the menu, then drag it to a section on the page.

 
  

Property Settings Menu

Click the [settings icon] to load the property settings of the Countdown Timer element to change the following:

  • Time & Date - set the start and end of timer
  • More Time Options - hide / show timer elements and set redirects after the countdown ends
  • Position
  • Alignment
  • Typography - font style, size, and color
  • Background
  • Padding & Spacing
  • Borders & Shadows


   
Time & Date Settings

  • Count down to an event - set the exact date and time of when the countdown timer will end. (e.g. Countdown will end today at 12 midnight)
  • Count to time since first visit - set the timer to start counting down when the page is visited. (e.g. Countdown will end after 15 minutes from the time the page is accessed)

More Time Options

  • Time Divisions - switch off the time division to hide in the page
  • When Countdown is Complete - select an action to be triggered when the countdown ends

 
 
Position Settings

You can move the object’s position upward or downward.


 

Alignment Settings

You can set alignment of the countdown timer to left, center, or right.

 
  

Typography Settings

You can change the follow text settings:

  • Font Style
  • Font Size
  • Font Color

 

Background

There are 2 ways to change the background of the countdown timer:

  • Pick a Color; or
  • Upload an Image from your computer or paste in a URL

 
   
Padding & Spacing

  • Padding - adjusts the space around each timer cell 
  • Spacing - adjusts the space between each timer cell

 
  

Borders & Shadows

You can adjust the following border settings:

  • Border Style (solid or dashed)
  • Border Color 
  • Border Thickness
  • Rounded Corners
  • Border Shadow
